Staked HEX by who holds it — every stake on the chain today, grouped by where its HEX came from.
Almost all staked HEX now sits in two structures created within five weeks in 2025: the RH Sacrifice Ladder, ten yearly stakes whose HEX came from the PulseX sacrifice address, and the RH Gas-Linked Swarm, ~3,000 identical 5,555-day stakes. Together they hold 92% of staked HEX and earn 82% of each day's new HEX. Below is when that HEX — and everyone else's — unlocks, and what the market could absorb. An unlock is not a sale.

Every stake, read from the chain. All StakeStart, StakeEnd and good-accounting events of the HEX contract on both chains, reconciled to the contract's own totals to the last Heart: staked principal, share totals, stake IDs and every staker's stake list. Payouts are recomputed with the contract's own integer maths, including the Big Pay Day. Snapshot: HEX day (); prices are the on-chain closes used across this site.
Holder groups come from where each wallet's HEX came from, not from who controls it.RH marks the groups that trace on-chain to addresses of Richard Heart's projects: HEX, PulseChain and PulseX. The RH Sacrifice Ladder's HEX came from the PulseX sacrifice address . The RH Gas-Linked Swarm is linked by pattern only: one gas payer, funded through the Railgun privacy pool, paid ~3,000 of its wallets and, in the same batches, HEX's origin address (); no HEX moved from a project address to the swarm. RH Origin-Funded wallets received HEX or funds directly from the origin, flush or sacrifice addresses. Everything else is "everyone else". A link describes transactions; it says nothing on its own about who holds the keys or what they will do.
Unlocks are principal plus interest, on the day each stake matures. Interest already earned is exact; interest still to come assumes today's payout per T-share continues and that stakes end on time. "Claimable now" is stakes that have matured but not been withdrawn, including the ladder's 2026 rung, which third parties good-accounted (frozen) on both chains: it can be withdrawn on any day. Each later rung matures on a single day around 6–8 March.
Half of every penalty goes to HEX's origin address. A stake ended early, or more than 14 days late, loses part of its value: half is minted to the origin address and half is shared among stakers. From 714 days late a stake returns nothing. Anyone can good-account a matured stake, which freezes its penalty and triggers that split.
What the pools could absorb. Depth is the HEX held by the constant-product pools tracked on each chain. The calculator routes a sale across them in proportion to their HEX and assumes nobody else acts: no arbitrage, no new buyers, no liquidity added or removed. Day-to-day prices have moved as if the market were × (Ethereum) and × (PulseChain) deeper than the pools alone; the "with real depth" figure uses that. Centralised exchanges, OTC deals and bridges are not included.
Big Pay Day, harvesting and cash cows. A harvest is ending a stake, restaking 70–130% of the principal within 14 days and keeping at least half the interest. "Cash cows" values each address's yearly interest at today's rate. "Everyone else" excludes the three RH groups. Where released HEX went comes from following the largest exits' HEX for 30 days: DEX sales are a lower bound, because some HEX sent to other addresses reached exchanges.
